  • Join us in the new Fashion for Good Experience for a dynamic conversation between true fashion professionals.

You’ll come away with insights and actions you can take to help make fashion a force for good.

How to clean up a dirty industry

This edition, we unpack the roles of water and plastics across the fashion industry. Each year, the fashion industry uses 93 billion cubic meters of water to produce the clothes we wear – that’s 4% of all global freshwater used annually. Ocean plastic pollution is another crucial issue – despite the fact that we can now turn plastic into textiles, only 5% of plastic waste is currently recycled. It doesn’t need to be this way. Learn how you can make choices that support the change you want to see in fashion and let your voice be heard on how the fashion industry can support you in better consumer behavior.

    What is True Fashion Talks?

‘True Fashion Talks’ is a talk show by True Fashion Collective, organised with Fashion for Good and Impact Hub Amsterdam, where we invite industry professionals to discuss urgent challenges and possible solutions in the textiles industry.

    True Fashion Collective
True Fashion Collective unites True Fashion Pioneers and shares their stories with a broader audience, providing mainstream fashion consumers with inspiring news and tangible tools to be part of the positive change movement. True Fashion Collective is an initiative by Charlie + Mary.

    Fashion for Good
Fashion for Good, one of Impact Hub Amsterdam’s partners, is the global initiative that’s here to make all fashion good. They mainly focus on helping innovative companies grow and implement their product or technology with the aim of transforming the fashion industry. Their first hub in Amsterdam houses a Circular Apparel Community co-working space, facilitated by Impact Hub Amsterdam, and the visitor-facing Fashion for Good Experience.
